Finding yourself stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns or finding it difficult to set and maintain boundariesHow I can help
Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your own needs, voice, and sense of self. We work together to understand the impact of past experiences and relationship patterns, while building self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier boundaries, and self-compassion.
The main outcome of therapy is often a greater sense of empowerment — feeling more connected to yourself, more secure in your relationships, and more able to live authentically.

I’m an Integrative Counsellor offering a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences safely.
Before moving into private practice, I worked therapeutically within a GP surgery in South Manchester and later as an Addictions Counsellor at The Priory Group in Altrincham, supporting individuals navigating trauma, shame, addiction, and complex emotional experiences.
My approach is grounded in empathy, safety, and genuine human connection, helping clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been lost along the way.

Frequently asked questions
Absolutely, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call to briefly explore what has brought you to therapy, what support you are seeking, and whether working together feels like the right path going forward.
I wish I could wave a magic wand and answer this question directly, however, there is no fixed timeline for therapy as it is a deeply subjective experience. Some clients attend short-term counselling for support with a specific issue, while others choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns, relationships, or past experiences. We will regularly review the process together to ensure therapy continues to feel supportive and beneficial for you.
The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another. We may explore what has brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from the process. There is no pressure to share everything straight away — therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress/burnout, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, low self-worth, emotional abuse, loss of identity, and the impact of controlling or narcissistic relationships. Therapy can support you in understanding relationship patterns, improving boundaries, and reconnecting with yourself.
Individual counselling sessions last 50 minutes and can be held weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs and availability.
